How long should a husband allow his wife to lose her "baby weight" before he handcuffs her

to a treadmill, puts a padlock on the fridge, and makes her drop the blubber?
I work with women who remain fat slobs for years after having a baby and blame it on the baby weight.
Just curious about how husbands deal with wives that were thin and beautiful when they married her, and then she pulls the old "bait & switch" after dropping a kid by packing on the tonnage.
Once she has the marriage and the kid, you're kind of trapped and powerless.
I also see women who have a kid and within a few months have returned to their pre-baby supermodel body.
I'm not living this nightmare, I just observe a lot of guys that are. Kinda sad.

My ex went the other way. Being pregnant turned her Bulimia up to 11 and she become a skeleton. Which made her bolt on tits look asinine.

This is why it's important to look at the future MIL before you get married, because a lot of the time that's how your wife is going to end up.

THere's an equation that factors in desired frequency of sexual contact, any hope for a blow job, and how much of their savings, retirement and general stuff they are willing to part with.

You sound like a young, likely unmarried guy. Mrs. Cotten weighed less a year after Cotten Jr. came then she did before. If you’re having this issue, I’d recommend maybe actually talking and communicating with your wife; like telling her you’re concerned for her health.

Anything outside a year after birth isn’t coming off. If your mother in law is/was sloppy, your wife will be sloppy after having a kid. If your wife still hasn’t lost baby weight after a year, just start making well timed comments about how good her friends look and she will get the point.

There is an obese bowling ball chick at work, late 30s.

The best way to get her to shape up after the baby is to do so yourself. If you’ start working out and cutting a svelte figure, she will either follow your lead and try to get hotter than you… or she’ll hate and be suspicious of you. Good luck!
