It’s fricked up. A friend of mine owns a couple stores that were robbed. They caught the suspects, and each one of them had rap sheets with dozens of arrests, convictions, ad prison time for stuff like aggravated assault, armed robbery, kidnapping… and they are just allowed to be released and roam free.
It has been over 6 months and nothing has happened to them for the stream of burglaries they committed that included my friend.
At some point, as a society… we really need to be allowed to cull humans that are no benefit to anyone. You’ve had your 39 chances.

Is this in Baton Rouge?
Have the police indicated why they were allowed to bond out and why the “speedy trial” thing isn’t happening?

Lock him up now for at least 25 years. Maybe he could become useful by then.
Yeah, he probably won't be able to run as fast at age 45 when he gets out and still goes back to crime as a vocation.

This is an unfair depiction of Micah. I think that were he not a part of the underserved community he would likely be doing research on the identification and detection of the numerous genetic mutations linked to hereditary kidney cancers.
We have failed Micah.

Why do the judges and DA allow this nonsense?
DA’s office needs more money
Remember they aren’t doing their jobs when the new property tax comes up for vote

and is still running around the streets, shooting at police officers?

A community BBQ and a few games of midnight basketball will stop this from happening according to several locally commissioned studies.

It’s unconstitutional and will never happen, but the US should start doing what others are doing to this country.
Start sending these people packing and deport them. Let them go, walk free. But they’ll be deported to South America or Asia somewhere.
If they’re caught back in the United States, they’ll be put in prison for 40 years, no matter the charge.

But but I’m told our prisons are overcrowded because of weed.
Nonsense.
There’s WAYYYY more people on the outside that need to be locked up than vice versa.
