Catholic Church
No Kids
No pics of ex wife

I'm assuming I will need to go through my old church. The pastor that did the ceremony passed away shortly after. Anyone know what an annulment costs? Anyone have an answer other than tree fiddy?

They do them all the time so it can't be that hard if both parties agree

Donation of the right amount will fix your issue.

depends on the state.

its $870 in CA. you have to prove certain specifics. its not a NO-FAULT, like divorce is in some states.

its way less in NV. $100? something like that. you can just say you never had intercourse or that you don't live under the same roof once you got back to where you re from.

I have my doubts anyone would challenge it if you said you never had sex.
that's going to satisfy the church.

Don't know much about the Catholic Church, but on what grounds are you seeking annulment instead of divorce?

You could just not give a shite about the church and keep your money.

Since the marriage hasn't been annulled yet, how about pics of your current wife?

Divorce is legal paperwork through the state.

Annulment is stating that the marriage did not satisfy all the requirements to be valid in the eyes of the church.

Two very different things

Legally divorced so unless you're the pope, she's my ex.

It's expensive and the pope is the only one that can do it. Seriously.

You pay required "donations" then get witnesses for both parties to fill out a questionnaire about the couple. Took a few months, for my brother.

The hardest part for him was rehashing all the emotional stuff.
