DeWalt Flexvolt 20v/60v chainsaw. Performance is awesome, I have the 20" and the 8" 20v pruning saw and both are awesome!
I spent 2+ years recovering! They totally tried to rebuild my swing to hit a push draw. I was about a 5-8 handicap at the time and have played a fade forever!!

I started shanking the ball and totally snap hooking my driver!! Got so bad I almost quit the game. I had several times when I would just freeze over the ball and couldn’t pull the trigger and swing.

I’ve gotten my game back together (7 handicap) but it was nearly 3 yrs of hell.

I've had the Mevo Gen2 set up and running for about a month now. So far it's been great. GSPRO is awesome! The practice range and all the options there to work on your game is GREAT!

Playing a round with the Mevo Gen2 has been fine but on some shorter putts it just doesn't pickup the putt. Haven't played many rounds so we're still figuring it all out. Below are some pics of the simulator setup.

This is exactly what I carry. My PW is 44*, so it works our perfect.

Its so simple

Bruh, you can't post that boring arse life on your social, you'll lose all your social creds!
Our home in Perdido Key is gold fortified construction. Took a direct hit from Sally with only damage to the screens on the patio. I didn’t build it, I purchased it a little over a year ago. Our home owners insurance is only $2500/yr on the home because of the golf fortified construction. Nearly half of my homeowners insurance at our home in BR area.

I’m a member at Pelican and I just can’t enjoy it. The greens are nice but the course is super meh! At least with the new bunkers they’ve actually had playable sand traps. I use it for practice and that’s about it.

The simulators in the bar/grills is an absolute shite idea. Nothing like trying to chill and grab a burger and beer with the constant banging of players in the simulators.

I bought the Mevo Gen2 w/ pro package today. Think it fits our needs and don’t want to have to move the unit back & forth for lefty/righty golfers. I also ordered the BenQ AK700ST 4K projector. Should have everything in next week and hopefully by the end of next weekend I’ll have the simulator setup.

I’ll try to post some pics and report back on my satisfaction with the Mevo.

It’s been pretty lame since COVID and the two groups started fighting over it and split the show in two. Pre-Covid Sportsman show at Lamar Dixon was great. You could make a weekend out of it and get some good deals.

I’m just starting rhe simulator build at the house and kinda stuck on my launch monitor decision. Leaning Mevo Gen2 but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Looking into the Square Omni that’s just coming out also? I like the idea of not having to move the unit between righties and lefties and the Mevo allows that. I’ve watched a ton of YT videos on the subject in the last few weeks and I just get more confused each time.

Was hoping to stay below $2500.
We use Gallagher, they shop it for us every year and find our best options. We have 32 full time employees but I think only 10 or 12 actually participate.

If you're getting a Gravely get the HD model, you'll thank me later. This model is $500 off right now.

The Hustler XDX is awesome and reliable as hell. The XDX has a $350 off promo coming soon.

Not sure where you're located so those promo's may not apply where you are? Check with the dealer.

re: What is your wedge makeup ?

Mixing Pro243 PW is 44
Vokey SM9 wedges are 48, 52, 56
I have a ton of 20V DeWalt tools and have been using them for awhile. I have drills, impacts, recip saws, circular saw and routers. I purchased the DeWalt 60v 12” compound miter saw and it’s awesome. Got it so when I’m working away from my home I don’t need to run a chord. I’ve had a Ridgid corded compound miter saw for about 5 years. It’s been a great saw but it’s always been a pain to keep square. I do a lot of woodworking as a hobby and have remodeled several homes (rentals and flips) and have always been impressed with DeWalt. I started using it back when I was using almost all corded tools.

I also purchased the DeWalt 60V track saw and it’s been pretty impressive. I don’t have another brand to compare it to because it’s the first track saw I’ve owned but I love having it.

Needless to say I also recently purchased a 60V blower and string trimmer and quite impressed with them after years of trimming and blowing with my Redmax stuff. Still have my Redmax backpack blower for when I need the xtra power but I haven’t been using it much. 60V chainsaw is next.
There’s 2 relays under the control panel where the key switch is. One is for starting and one is for the PTO. Swap them and see if it starts. Start relay may be bad and power dropping before it gets to solenoid.
DOMED BOAT LETTERING

I've used them for my last two boats. Very please with them.

re: 1/2 ton truck vs 3/4 ton

Posted by WilsonPickett on 10/17/25 at 10:18 pm to
I had a 3/4 ton years ago and didn’t enjoy the ride at all. My latest 1/2 ton is a Chevy Silverado High Country w/ the 6.2 (recall engine) but I love the truck and the ride! I put air bags on the rear end. I pull a 25’ Sea Hunt w/ it, 38hp tractor w/ loader and grader on it. It’s never had an issue pulling either.

I’m not giving up the ride as long as I can pull my toys with a 1/2 ton.
But you can’t put a Camry on social media with the caption”we did a thing today!” and be cool! ??
I just got a quote for a Trane 2 ton 14.5 seer system in our home for $15,600. This was to replace the air handler unit in attic and exterior unit. It included removal and disposal of the old unit.

Our existing unit is fine but it’s old so I wanted to know. It’s the smaller of the 2 units we have in our home. We are in Ascension Parish.
I have the JBL ear buds. They're going on about 3 yrs old now and I really like them. I can't use apple air pods they hurt my ears, where the plastic touches my ears. I think I paid like $39 for them. They're noise cancelling or you can use them as standard ear buds (non-noise cancelling)
