I haven’t all out sprinted one mile alone in forever. In 5K or 10K, I usually average around a 7:30-8:00 mile.

I average around 7:15 for a 3 mile pace, 6:45 for a 2 mile run

Last times individual mile I ran was 7:14, followed by a massive hamstring cramp and a light throw up. I usually run 2-3 miles 2x a week but don’t anticipate ever running a time mile again.
