Real gangsta arse playas don't run for shite
cause real gangsta arse playas can't run fast
That song loses so much when you have to use the clean version to avoid banland.

Pretty fast in my yute. Not so fast now. Knee gave out and haven't run in 2 or 3 years. if I walked out the door today and had to run a mile, I'm guessing 6-6:15.

I honestly have to laugh at you. You have been trolling this board talking about how in shape you were and how out of shape the OT was for a while even saying you were the most fit of anyone on tOT. Then you put some number out there and you are a joke. I am 52yo and take the Army PFT test once a week and have since I got out of the Army and can still max the 2 minute run with the standard for 17-22yos and the standard when I was in not now. I run a 10:54 or under 2 miles and break 20 for 3 miles with my cool down jog the last mile.
I am not fricking special and you aren't even within sniffing distance of being special. Now quit being such and out of shape blubber butt.

Can’t you just brag on Facebook like everyone else?

Actually, you kinda are special. You’re probably in the .0001% of people your age. The fastest I ever ran a two mile in the APFT was 13:43. The most in shape guys I knew barely broke a 12 minute two mile

9 minutes.
When I was 19 and in the Army, I could run 2 miles in 12 minutes.

Used to run 3 miles in a little over 19 minutes when I was active.
