So you ran 2.9 miles at a 9:50 pace, then sprinted the last 0.1 miles at a 7:45 pace?

About 7 or so minutes but I can’t sustain that for 3+ miles at the moment. Working there.

If you can’t run under a 10 minute mile, you need to re-evaluate your life choices

Who cares loser! Maybe some focus on enjoying life every second and have better things to do! Who are you to judge? You can be the healthiest bozo around and die just the same!

About 6:45-7:00 usually. When I was rowing and running daily I hit 5:45 which is my best. Nothing great, but that’s solid for sure. I’m way better at rowing. Trying to get back into routine with it and hopefully get under a 6 min mile again. I was around 200lbs when my cardio was great. I’m about 220 currently at 6’2.

Saw there was a guy that just broke the 100 mile record. Dude ran 100 miles in under 11 hours 20 min. He kept a pace 6:47 for 100 straight miles. I’m trying to wrap my head around how that’s possible.
