If you show up 30 minutes early you are on time, if you show up on time you are late.

Wake up at 4:30am, I'm at work by 5:30am.
Commute is about 25 mins in the morning because there's little traffic at that hour. About double that on the return trip.

When I worked in the patch I always relieved the guy I was opposite of just as soon as the safety meeting was over on the last day. He would do the same for me. Nothing better than being the first one to get to take a shower and head to the house.

Leave house at 7:35 get to work at 7:45. Walk when the weather is nice or drive when it's hot or raining. Takes the same 10 minutes either way.

Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late. I use the side door - that way my boss can't see me - and after that I just sorta space out for about an hour.

I'm never "early". Or "late:". Work starts when I get there and ends when I leave. I have enough autonomy to set my own schedule.

My Company lets us leave 8 hrs after clocking in.
7 am - 3 pm eating lunch at my desk while working.
Get home at 3:45 - workout done by 5:30

We only have core hours. 9-3 we have to be there. I usually work from 6:30 to 4:15 or so everyday. Depends on if I have a 4 pm meeting or not

Me, because I can use it to justify leaving early. Show up at 7 and I can get out at 4. If it's slow, I can go as early as 2:30-3:00. Nothing going on in the morning anyway. Plus, if I leave later, I'm spending more of my day in traffic.
