I live 25 mins away from my work, and get there 5-7 min early.
I don't understand why some people go to work 30-45 min early every day. They sit in a breakroom, or sit outside and smoke, or sit in the locker room on a bench. Some people live less than 1 mile away and do this. I only want to be there the 8 hours I have to be there.

i laugh at the people who will get here 5 minutes early but, sit in their car until it's time to make a mad dash for the door to avoid being late.

When I make relief, I like to be 10-15 mins. early. The fella I'm relieving has been there for 12 hrs. and is more than ready to go home. With that said, I expect my relief to be on time also.

Typically in the office between 7:00 to 7:30.

Start work around 5:00 AM everyday including weekends and typically end work around 10:00 PM.

I have free time throughout the day but I am always on call and haven't had a vacation in 10 years where I didn't work at least a portion of the day.

My job can take me 10 mins to get to work or an hour and 10 mins depending on traffic. I leave 45 mins early to accomplish getting their either 30 mins early and I start working, 15 mins early, on time, or late.
