How do you deal with employees destroying bathrooms?

Wiping their deuce on the walls, clogging toilets with extreme stuffs. Women and men over 3 shifts. Breaking fixtures. Savages
Seems there would be an underlying culture problem, but leadership is more lenient than bruisers. Pay is competitive and there are no labor laws being broken. OT is rare anymore. Seemingly, just humans behaving like animals. To catch someone doing it however is another thing. Thought about closing the bathrooms and lining up the parking lot with port-o-potty's, but they would do the same there.
Suggest. I am all ears...

I haven’t had an issue with this in the last 25 years.
Once worked at a grocery store in high school where this was an issue.

No idea. It starts in grade school because our school bathrooms are fricking heinous.
Thing is, most students aren’t like this. They’re complaining and tattling on kids that treat the bathroom like a rage room. But it still happens too often.
Like last week, someone smeared snot and boogers all over a stall wall. Like goopy, green, bloody boogers.
Kids piss all over the floor.
shite has been smeared on walls.
Someone in the girl’s bathroom smeared a tampon all over the wall and then stuck the tampon to a mirror.
This is a wealthy, homogenous student body BtW.

My office is in a complex with probably 40 people. We only have 3 toilet stalls all in one bathroom. Men were shitting all over the seat and never cleaning the toilet, even though there is a brush next to each toilet.
We put up a sign saying if you shite, clean up after yourself you lazy bum. Now the toilet is always clean. Some people just need to be shamed.

Had a similar issue but no where near that extent. I had the cleaning crew stop cleaning their bathroom and made the employees responsible for cleaning it.
