Stopped to get gas this morning and a construction baw was checking out with a honey bun, gas station pizza, soft drink, and 2-3 burritos. I assume this would be ole baws lunch and breakfast today.

No wonder we have so many fats. Takes 5 min to throw chicken in a crock pot and heat up some rice

It’s too easy baw.

Too hard to buy groceries and prepare meals on your own.

First “why do you care what others do?” reply.

Yeah I'll just cook chicken for 5 minutes in a crick pot at the construction site.

Thanks for the heads up.

It's the end of the work week man. The Sunday red beans 'n rice & crockpot chicken has been gone. It's down gas station cuisine.

construction baw

He'll be fine. At least he wasn't buying a six pack of beer for his breakfast like a lot of people do.

ate at her place in Savannah a few years ago, was along the lines of Walk-On's in terms of quality, sort of like a fancy Cotton Patch, absolutely underwhelming

Surprised he didn’t also have the hyperbole sandwich you’re trying to throw at us.

I am an enjoyer of energy drinks. But I don't criticize what other people are consuming while I am buying one, because those things are bad for you.

Typically, the only construction guys who bring lunch are the married ones and their wives pack it for them. As for eating gas station junk food, sometimes that's all you have time for. What if this guy is staying in a hotel right now? What if his crock pot is broken? What if he made the crock pot chicken and rice like you suggested but he left his lunch sitting on the kitchen counter at home? (I've done that before) There are an endless number of possible scenarios for why this guy did what he did. But I really don't care what somebody else is eating and neither should you.
