Did you see the NYT Sorkin live interview? The audience gave him a huge round of applause upon its conclusion. They snickered when he responded to a question about criminal activity with “look, I’ve had a bad month.”

Oh wow.

But I still can't see him getting away from moving billions of client funds to another company.

From here on out I'm going to use any and all iterations of the George Costanza excuse. It seems to work.

I am waiting for his answer when asked about the billions of investor dollars spent on luxury condos put into his parents and business partners names.

Maxine Waters was literally blowing him kisses in congress.
Being on the receiving end of that and having to remember it for the rest of your life sounds like a pretty serious punishment already.

OTOH, I would like to see SBF do at least ten years, probably more like twenty.

He will go to jail.

I wouldn’t say his customers deserved it. If they had lost all their money in the value of the coins, then that’s one thing. However, they had their money straight stolen.

Nah, he gave more to Dems. He gave a shitload to media groups just prior to FTX going down.

That's how the insanity is funded.

He is necessary as the face to both absorb some level of blame and also run damage control. If and when he is no longer useful or otherwise a liability, he will be eliminated.

I read yesterday, not sure if true. That he was Biden's largest donor.
$8m directly. With $20 m on the last election mostly in Pennsylvania and Georgia.

Because he donated to democrats and rinos.

If he had donated to maga candidates he’d be dead already.

These kids were hopped up on speed playing dungeons and dragons doing multi million dollar deals.
