How absolutely crazy is it that Sam Bankman-Fried is going to get away with it.

Guy 100% committed fraud and stole BILLIONS of dollars from innocent people. They advertised on the frickin Super Bowl. They had little “FTX” badges on the frickin umps behind home plate in every MLB game. Maxine Waters was literally blowing him kisses in congress. He gets to keep acting like he’s this great philanthropist who made a mistake and all of his customers whose only mistake was believing him and believing the media get fricked over in bankruptcy. On what planet is this acceptable? Really goes to show you that you can get away with anything in this country if the right people get paid.

Don’t get me wrong, by the way, I don’t disagree with the counter-argument that his customers deserved to lose their “investments” because they were dumb enough to “invest” in crypto but still this was a straight up fraud and there should be some kind of consequence. If SBF doesn’t do hard time in federal prison - and it looks like he won’t - then this country is truly falling apart.

Why do you think he's going to get away with it?

Who believes this anymore?

After what I've witnessed the past 6 years I knew nothing was going to happen with this.

Is it crazy? Yes. Surprising? Not at all.

He's going on Good Morning America either today or tomorrow for a rehab tour. MSM is treating him like an 8 year old who took some candy.

When his testimony could take down the DNC and about 75% of judges are fricking liberal assholes. Nope. He & Winnie Cooper will both get a smoking deal.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. If dipshits have millions and billions to invest, maybe they should be smarter about it.

Bro, hardly any f the bank execs that caused the last housing market crash and subsequent recession were punished for it, and they operated in a highly regulated industry. This country has a terrible track record of holding the wealthy and powerful accountable for their transgressions.

With that amount of money lost and his attitude about the whole thing I would think/hope that there would be a bounty on his head.

This cretin and her husband have gotten VERY wealthy off the backs of tax payers, yet this "woman" gets on TV and openly asks her supporters to commit acts of violence against those very people she steals from.

Typical Progressive.

I think someone might order a hit on him. But, yes, the legal system will sit on their hands.
