Fluid to say the least

2002, Buzbee unsuccessfully ran for the Texas state House as a Democrat.[31] From August 2003 to April 2005, Buzbee served as chair as of the Galveston County Democratic Party.[32] Buzbee has more recently distanced himself from any partisan affiliation and has no record of party primary voting since 1994

In 2016, Buzbee hosted a fundraiser at his River Oaks mansion for then Presidential candidate Donald Trump, but Buzbee later disavowed Trump following the release of the Access Hollywood tape and stated his intention to write-in veteran Dan Moran for President.[35] Subsequently, Buzbee gave $500,000 to Trump's Inauguration Committee

Everyone here knows he's a snake but they must dance with the snake and contribute to his re-election for quid pro quo.
Many attorneys I know who despise him do the same thing and it's pretty damn sad.

Sly is far enough left that his supporters would not care if there was video of him anally violating a two year old. And I am not kidding. The inner city left is that stupid and brainwashed.
Exhibit A to confirm this: Ed Emmett in the last election.

How is this even an issue in a city like Houston?

I’ll be interested to know if this is brought up or covered at all during tonight’s Houston Mayoral Debate.

Those in know or with inside sauces have been keen to Sly's proclivity for pickles for a while now.

LMAO at people thinking Sly is far left
. Dude was named Speaker Pro Tem and Vice-Chair of Appropriations by the Republican-dominated Tx House of Reps. As vice-chair 90% of his job was slapping down every Democratic spending amendment. He also got Mattress Mack's (a known Trump supporter) endorsement today. He also has the full backing of the Houston Police Union. So... what - specifically - makes you think he is "far left?"
Those darn inner-city urbanites and their assumptions

It's a pretty open thing. But maybe I'm underestimating how inside your particular sauces are

But sure, it's those darn inner-city youths that make all the assumptions based off of race

Look at this defense.
How's the "internship" going, Marvin?

Where did I defend anything? I'm just laughing at the idiotic takes in this thread.

So Sly is Houston's Kip Holden? A democrat that's just focused on business development, managing the city's finances and not rocking the boat with anything crazy?
I would kill for Kip Holden to come back and beat Broome's head over, especially if and when St. George passes.

Ps: everyone knows he’s bi. This isn’t anything new or anything you need special “sauces” for. Wayne Dolcefino’s stupid arse figured it out in the early 90’s which is why he had to cancel his first mayoral run back in the day.
Luckily we’ve evolved since then
