Of course a white woman would disagree with the actions of the shooter.

Ask the guy pumping gas if he was no threat.

I’m sure she would still feel that way if she had been pistol whipped and robbed.

did the guy pumping gas write the law?

I'm really starting to hope that some of you actually do choose to represent yourself in court if given the chance.

Funny coming from someone who wrote

Good thing I caught it before the quick edit.

voice to text is retarded. Always proof-read your posts.

But if that's a massive victory for you, then

But enough for you to point out a grammatical accident that served zero relevance? And then enough for a follow up comment?

Felony murder criminal code says that if a murder happens in the commission of a felony then you are responsible.

Shouldn’t that include your own?

That white liberal bitch saying he shouldn't have shot him.

Good Shot. Not Guilty. Deserving of a medal.

He shouldn't have left the scene.

One less grease stain to deal with.

The “expert” on the video basically said he wouldn’t be charged. Said it would be a means of prevention.

A few years back someone shot a thief in the back after they had already ran off the property and were found innocent. Texas has different laws.

That and the robber posing no threat to anyone.

No threat??? He just pistol whipped a dude and stole his wallet seconds before he was shot. I would hope the jury isn’t brain dead enough to agree that the dead guy posed no threat. Now…he doesn’t pose a threat

For those that don’t shoot often, or at anything moving, that is a very tough shot.

The shooter will probably get charged and have to lawyer up as his life wasn’t in danger at the time as the perp was fleeing.

If you use a gun in the commission of a crime, a reasonable outcome is getting shot. FAFO.
