The part that I don't understand is how he bonded out at all. This guy needs to be locked up for a long time and I seriously doubt that this his first run-in with the law. I bet he has a criminal history dating back at least 6 years. Keep these people behind bars, where they belong. They are a menace to everyone around them - obviously.
