This is another example of media doom hype.

Look up Tarantula Hawk. It is just as dangerous but is native to the US.

I didn't see where Tarantula Hawks eradicate European honeybee hives. Got a link for that?

pretty darn cool then can manage a temp balance of just a few degrees, but not enough to harm themselves

Why no just build a screen around the hives with openings large enough for bees to get in and out of, but too small for the hornets?

Kinda like a border wall
