Unless she looks like an it, I'd say it sounds like she might've copied it from somewhere

Real question: does she have tattoo(s) or hair that is not her natural color. If either, don’t hire.

Depends on the position you are filling, you shouldn’t put this shite on the internet. If I was in this situation it would be a no for me dog.

Bingo, we have a winner. Sounds like a potential lawsuit in the making if you refer to HER in a feminine manner-----unless she can find her "Safe Place" and sort it out.

She refer to herself at They! Is that an issue?

So you don't believe in personal freedom, got it. Why the frick does it matter if their personal pronoun so long as they can do they work assigned?

Do you also question people when they want to be called a nickname?

You've obviously missed the point per usual. At least you're consistent

Sounds like she took a resume writing class taught by some dumbass that thinks you should not list accomplishments in the first person.

Seen it before. Always just very inexperienced.

Agree 100%

If you don't use their designated pronouns, they will consider it hate speech and this will get tagged on to the certain lawsuit to come. Why subject yourself and your co-workers to this?

Sometimes the most qualified candidate isn't the best fit for a company. If this person can't spell basic words, are you sure that this is the most qualified person?

That just tells me somewhere down the line a small issue could be complicated by her political stances or mental illness.

Yep. You are on notice. If you think this will turn out well you are going to be sorry. Anyone who is forward enough to put this on a resume is communicating that they believe it is acceptable to bring this bullshite into their professional life. Just asking for trouble.

its real simple, if they are liberal then they are crazy and drama seekers DO NOT HIRE.

if they are conservative or libertarians then judge by their social media if they are normal or loons

Wonder what people would say if she came in with a dark fake tan, and classified herself as an "African American" hoping to hit the company quotas.

Seems like a position where spelling skills and weirdness are irrelevant.

As opposed to what? Facial piercings that you can't see?

We are all worried you're not going to hit any of the goals Cici's has set for your location. You don't seem all that bright

I won't hire anyone that misspells a word on their resume'. If the tray on the airplane is broken then I am wondering what else is wrong with the plane. If you can't proof your resume' to ensure that there are no words that are misspelled then I have to question the quality of work that you will produce.
