Hire or no hire?

I really don’t discriminate when it comes to hiring people. Nowadays it’s been really hard finding workers since the job market is really tight. Usually we get 50 candidates per job post, but recently, we’ve been getting 5 candidates at most.
Anyway, of the 5 that I am screening, one of them is most qualified and has experience, a young graduate female whom I’ve interviewed, and it went well.
When I looked at her CV it goes like this:
“In THIER free time THEY enjoy so and so....and continuing THEIR education by taking classes etc...”
She refer to herself at They! Is that an issue? Should I worry about lawsuit or improper behavior if I accidentally refer to her as she?
Hire or no hire?

If they spelled "their" wrong, no I wouldn't hire.

I’d hire as long as they’ll be a good worker.

Post your opening somewhere other than Craigslist and you won't have this problem.

Are you firing yourself for these grammatical missteps?

Seriously though, if someone can't refer to themself as one sex or the other, I wouldn't hire them.
That just tells me somewhere down the line a small issue could be complicated by her political stances or mental illness.

Why is this person referring to herself in the third person, regardless of what gender she prefers?
