She will make an excellent pharmaceutical salesperson!

She refer to herself at They! Is that an issue? Should I worry about lawsuit or improper behavior if I accidentally refer to her as she?
Hire or no hire?

Dude, she's a pronoun warrior.

The first rule is to not hire a future problem. Hire her at your peril.

Some of the best workers can’t spell worth a lick.

Some of the worst workers can write like Shakespeare.

Go with your gut baw.

Hiring is a lot harder than I imagined it would be.

Try looking for people with senior level IT systems administration or database experience without being allowed to pay market rate.

I’ve got an employee who self identifies as the other gender which I didn’t know at the time of hire. They’re a dumbass but that has nothing to do with their gender. They’re just a dumbass.

That said, If you interview them and they seem like a crazy, neurotic basket case don’t hire. If they otherwise seem normal go for it.

Did you ask her why she had someone else write her job post for her, about her? Clearly she has some sort of handicap to where she cannot physically type it out herself and you just want to make sure that you will be able to accommodate her accordingly as required by law. There isn't a law that says someone's preference can dictate that you speak improper language to accommodate them.

Serious answer: hire because it may just be a format she uses for her resume.

I'm a hiring manager and good candidates are hard to come by. Have her fill out an application where sex is a mandated field. It'll give you an answer as to her preferred pronoun and settle the whole thing real quick
