The big test will be when the state AG grows some balls and announces that his investigation found no wrongdoing. I would imagine Broome and Paul will react very differently to protests than Dabadie and Edmonson did.

I think had they waited until Broome was elected it would be a slam dunk. But, a lot negativity is now related to the situation.
