Why do LSU fans have to use everything to cry about past plays involving them.

On that play. Bama player should have been flagged and ejected for targeting and the o lineman should have been flagged and ejected (would have been his 2nd personal foul)
I like the Hilton homewood suites personally. But if not there I look for suites with good reviews

Seagal or Norris.

Van Damme is all show and didn’t fight much in events outside of his movie career.

I don’t believe Seagal has ever fought.
quote:

Chuck Norris fought in sanctioned fights and won world titles. There is no real evidence Bruce Lee ever fought in a fight of any kind, he just a lot of theatrics, besides being a little runt.

Joe Lewis trained with Lee some. His opinion was Lee was a great martial artist and had he chosen to fight...would have been good.

Not the greatest but would have held his own in the upper echelon of pro fighters.
No it’s a dump that only looks like that when PR people dress the image up.

grambling has a cool stadium.

Maybe for a high school........:maybe.

The truth....it’s a shithole

Just did the same, but for the Notre Dame player.....take that, muuuuhahahahahahaha

Negative. A vehicle trying to pass is overtaking, not oncoming.

A vehicle passing is overtaking and oncoming.

Oncoming does not indicate direction only that it is approaching....it is a broader term.
Think of it as a two lane one way road.....if you want to change lanes....you are obligated to make sure the other lane is clear before you enter the other lane....same thing with left turns.
quote:

Read it again. Driver 2 was behind Driver 1, and attempted to pass. Not oncoming.

Oncoming means approaching doesn’t matter direction
quote:

This is one of those laws that make zero sense. The driver pulling out into the opposite lane to pass should have the obligation to insure the lane is free of traffic. His only defense should be if the other driver didn't use his turn signal.

He does.....but once he pulls into that lane everyone wishing to cross that lane has the obligation to yield.

Basically if you want to enter or cross a lane of travel you have to yield to any other vehicles already using that lane.

quote:

But it’s going to a horrible experience putting on my left turn signal, pulling off the right shoulder and letting all the cars pass before I complete my left turn.

But that’s not what I posted....you have to yield to any vehicles in the act of passing before you started the turn
My wife had this exact same crash 10 years ago turning into a driveway.

Everybody in vehicle 2 got paid....even the drivers husband who wasn’t even in the vehicle
quote:

Nope. Not incorrect.

In my experience, it is.
quote:

Driver 2 is at fault. You don't yield to vehicles behind you. This is ludicrous.

Incorrect.

You are entering into another lane....you must yield to all other vehicles in that lane regardless of their direction of travel
quote:

When the frick did you have to start yielding to traffic that is following you?

When it is in the lane you are moving into
quote:

I’ve written an accident report similar this this situation. Driver 2 would be at fault.

Then you were wrong.

32:79 states before you can enter another lane you have to make sure it is safe to do so.

If vehicle 2 has already began passing before vehicle 1 begins to turn...vehicle 1 has to yield right of way.
Whoever has control of the lane first has the right of way and you must yield to them before entering that lane
quote:

Sounds like vehicle 1 would be at fault if vehicle 2 took control of the opposite lane prior to v1 attempting to make left hand turn.

Exactly
quote:

It was a yellow dashed line

Regardless you have to yield to any vehicles in a lane before you enter that lane.
