Sure. And then Gov changes the definition of what a vaccine is. I've had to get actual vaccines against stuff that would actually kill you, for decades (Typhoid, etc.), but changing the definition makes me trust you 99% less.

Transmission methods (I am not a doctor) for your newborn are from the mother.

Not necessary . Hepatitis B is prevalent in sex workers and IV drug abusers , none of which apply to you or your wife . The adjuvant ( thing that pumps the immune response ) is a big dose of aluminum , a heavy metal , injected into a newborn whose blood brain barrier is not developed . By the time your kid may even remotely consider getting this vax ( sexually active ) , they would be a teen . then you would have to re-
vaccinate . Honestly , unless you are handling blood products ( anesthesiologist or surgeon ) , in modern society you dont need it . There is an association between this vax and developing asthma . The reason this vax was suddenly added on , was because the drug company had tons of doses and it wasn’t selling . Do your research .

No. If you’re gonna send them to daycare or somewhere then maybe consider it before you send them but they don’t need it right out the womb.

Because your children got all the vaccines and are perfectly healthy is good but doesn’t really mean that some of these vaccines carry no risk.

The DTP vaccine used in 70’s and 80’ caused death or severe brain injury in 1-300 children. So 299 suffered no injury but 1-300 was an unacceptable level of harm.,much higher than harm inflicted on children from diphtheria, tetanus or pertussis.
The DTP was reformulated as DTaP which is much safer.

The harmful DTP vaccine led to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 which gave vaccine manufactures immunity from harm caused by vaccines.
This in turn led to the explosion of childhood vaccines from 25 doses in 1986 to 73 doses in the 2023 Childhood Vaccine Schedule.

As far as the Hep B vaccine, contains aluminum as an adjuvant which has potentially harmful effects. So why give newborns and infants the Hep B vaccine if the mother isn’t a carrier.
Maybe it would be worthwhile as they reach adolescence as about the only way to catch it is from sex or injecting drugs by sharing needles.

Nurses and other healthcare workers typically take it due to danger of accidental needle sticks.

We have one of the higher autism rates as a country and one of the higher SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) as a country all while being one of the HIGHEST vaccinated countries.

As someone who was born with Chronic Hepatitis B I say get it.

I have been on Baraclude ir Entravir for my Hep B since it first came out in 2095. I didn't find out I had the Chronic Hep B virus Un tin I was in my Mid 30's. I was lucky as a teen of the 80's, I have very little Liver damage from my choices as a youth and my Hep B virus.

I have Bern getting checked for Liver cancer twice a year via Abdomen Ultra Sounds since I turned 40 in 2007.

I am lucky when I was first diagnosed with Hep B back in 2003 one of the bext doctor and leading expert in the field of the Hep B virus Dr. Robert Perrillo was practicing at Ochner and took me on as a patient.Unfortunatly he was forced to leave New Orleans and is
Now in practice at Baylor in Dallas. I travel to Dallas once a year for annual appointments with Dr.P.

I was instructed to give up drinking alcohol at the age of 36.

I spent a year and half on Intaferon which I can tell you is No fun especially when trying deal with Hurtican Katrina and having take weekly shots in your Abdomen.

This was 20 years ago. Asked a few standard questions on first pediatrician visit and basically she got pissed and said we needed them to get into school. Had no medical reasoning why a week old baby needed that vaccine. That's all we needed to hear.

"All their vaccines"?

Hoss, you'd better get those kids to the doc asap! There are a few new "vaccines" being released every few months. Don't bother asking what they are for, how safe are they, how necessary or what are the risks. Trust the science.

Interestingly,Hep A is on the list of vaccinations but not until they are 12 months old.I would think that one would be of benefit, especially if the child goes to daycare.
Hep A is passed by the fecal-oral route,so much more likely to get that(and bring it home).
Nasty little urchins put everything in their mouths and I would expect there is some degree of poo contamination in even the best daycares.

Unless you have some kind of exemption which all of them allow.
