The Iron Bowl is always a slugfest bloodletting with Auburn more often than not playing otherworldly . You cant just look at Auburn’s record going in and say “ relax , we got this boys ! “

The reaction when DeBoer lost his first game of the season was … out of control . That is why , my friends , the LSU job is the best job in college football .
This is very unfortunate . We all know , if Finebaum , was in Kiffen’s position , he would have walked over coals to take the LSU job . Does he get … party favors from some entity ?? $$$$

No … these noble animals are not entertainment toys . Ideally , they should be in their own environment , even if they dont live longer . At least they will enjoy their life . We get tigers that have been in captivity . That is OK . They dont need to be subjected to over 90 decibels of noise in a stadium of thousands of screaming fans in a cage .

He functions best as a D-line coach and recruiter . Not everybody is cut out to be a HC . He could bring back toughness to the D-line and I think he enjoys recruiting . If LK wants him I am OK with it .

The Alabama fanbase has unreasonable expectations . Now with kids potentially playing 16 games if you make the playoffs you may have injuries . Nick used to be able to stack great players in his system . That is gone with NIL and the portal . Expectations have to come into alignment also . All things being equal , LSU is the better job . Plus , your guys dont get smashed in the Iron Bowl !

LSU is a college football destination , like Alabama , Georgia , Ohio State . There is no interstate competition for players and you have fertile recruiting ground . The fan base is supportive and reasonable . They wont burn your house down if you lose a game .

Absolutely spot on . The NCAA created the mess . With the perpetual portal and endless season with playoffs and NIL , it is like pro football without any rules . Don’t blame the coaches for looking for a better job .
