I didn’t even see the cue balls, I assumed he was throwing something.... but one thing different than the dreaded brother is that everyone on that side of the table had animosity towards the guys on the other side, and they were all at a ready stance.
The brother in the trash guy uniform clearly waited for the guy who was in front of him to be completely comfortable that all was well before he swung from his hip at the unsuspecting guy.

The guy who gets punched is having a conversation with someone, it doesn't appear to be friendly, but doesn't seem to be getting heated either. He backs up, puts his hat on and his sunglasses on to of his hat. He is looking at the guy he is talking to and the guy who hits him comes from the side and lays him out. He didn't see it coming.
