That’s a good day drunk bar fight right there. Cheap shots, pool sticks, pool balls, chairs, tables, blacks, whites, dreads, wife beaters, cigarettes, that pretty much had it all

First of all... Obama said that about Trayvon Martin right? I might be wrong, but I am pretty sure that is who he was talking about.
Let's be real here. He was what? A 17 year old whose parents were divorced and he went stay with his daddy for a little while because he got into some trouble at school right?
So if a teenager, whose parents are divorced, rebels a little bit and gets into some normal teenage type trouble they are a thug?
The sad thing is that is exactly how some people think. If a white kid from a divorced household gets into trouble at school and does some rebelling then its because he is acting out because he grew up with both parents then at some point them breaking up interrupted life as he knew it and he is just trying to let out his frustrations, etc, etc..
A black kid acts up because of the same situation then he is a thug.
So then Obama pretty much says "If I had a son I would have to worry about certain things just because he is black". People might think its racist or can't believe he said it, but is that not true? Do you think George Zimmerman would have looked at a white dude as a suspect. Just based on reality I would say maybe but not as likely.
Either way, I am probably arguing with an alter who signed up just to troll the board.

I guess I am getting older... When I watch that video I see a guy getting absolutely hammered by a cheapshot when the fight appears to be over. The guy that hit him could EASILY be facing a manslaughter charge if the dude he hit died from the shot, fell and hit his head, etc... Not sure it is worth 5-10 years of your life.
Didn't happen so he dodged a bullet. My guess is he will have other opportunities to pick up that manslaughter charge in the future.
