I slept 2 hours Tuesday morning, 5 hours for Wednesday, and 3.5 last night. Sleep is overrated. Quit being a pussy, and MAGA. Walls don't build themselves

It never made sense to me that some people can sleep 5 hours a night and be content with how they feel all day
It's actually a genetic mutation for some people (me). I wake up at 5 hours no matter what. Anywhere from 3-5 hours of sleep, and I'm functioning at 100%. More or less than, or in between those numbers makes me feel tired
You aren't functioning at 100%. You may be triggering mania though.

I don't think you understand. Do a little research. If I get more than five hours, it's like you getting two
OP probably needs a breathing machine

You don't have a gene mutation. You have shitloads of cortisol.
Are you gluten intolerant too?

6-7 hours of sleep is all I need.
On average, but it actually depends on the person. You can't really tell someone "all you need is 6 or 7 hrs". Sleep is important and if he doesn't feel he is getting the sleep he needs then it should be something for him to pay attention to.

I'm 35 and the older I've gotten the earlier I wake up.
Late teens to early 20s id wake up anywhere between 8-10, but usually around 830.
Mid 20s to 30ish I'd wake up between 7-730.
Early 30s 630 is the latest I could sleep.
Now I wake up anywhere between 4 and 545.
6-7 hours of sleep is usually fine for most people, including myself. My biggest problem is that I always wake up at the same time, no matter when I go to sleep. So if I'm up late until 2am, I'll still be up before 6.

The triple stack I'm eating right now says no. Not sure why you can't understand this concept. You think Trump is gluten intolerant?

Good for you, I sleep maybe 3 hours a night. I'd take 6-7 in a heartbeat.

I'd wake up at 3:30 if I went to bed at 8, too. That's pretty normal, right? I average 6.5-7 hrs a night and on the weekends around 8 hrs a night unless I get drunk. I'm usually asleep at 9:30-10 and wake up at 4:20
(jk I have to be at work at 6:00 and have a 60 mile commute)

Why do you want to sleep more than 7 hours?
If you're feeling like shite during the day and when you sleep it is likely your lifestyle and not done genetic mutation(wtf) like idiots have said.
Change your diet, exercise a little, and you'll sleep like a normal person

6-7 hours , are you a girl ?
I read an article about JJ Watt and he stated that he needs a good 10 hrs of sleep a night.. Sleep is important, your body heals faster when sleeping, you are much more focused, etc. If I had to guess, I'd say most people don't get enough sleep.

Before the sleep study do you have a FitBit or equivalent that tracks sleep? Mine says I went to bed at 9:48 PM Eastern and got out-of-bed at 5:40 AM, which should be just shy of 8 hours.
My problem is that for 194 minutes of that I was restless or awake, so it says I actually got 4 hours and 38 minutes of sleep. I was just thinking if you have one of these you can get some information free rather than pay for the sleep study.
I've gotten a white noise machine and am adjusting my sleep number bed to try to happen upon some magic combination but so fa.r no real luck.
I had a sleep study and they determined I didn't have sleep apnea but I'm too afraid of prescription sleep aids to go that far, yet.
FYI- not a fatty; 5'8" 175 and work out 5 days a week

Schedule a sleep study. Not something to frick around with.
This! NOTHING is going to help if you have a medical condition that is not allowing you to breathe as needed during sleep. Just do a overnight sleep test at home and then you will know.
