I like @ 6 hours of sleep. Anything else is just overkill/bonus.
Try working out prior to going to bed, taking a hot shower, then going to bed without a television etc. Generally, your body should appreciate the reset and wing down, and you'll likely sleep well.

I bet you're a fatty. Fat people don't sleep very well. They usually wake them selves up every 20 min because they choke on the fat in their breathing canal.

Have a kid. This ridiculous complaint will go bye bye very quickly

I slept 2 hours Tuesday morning, 5 hours for Wednesday, and 3.5 last night. Sleep is overrated. Quit being a pussy, and MAGA. Walls don't build themselves

It never made sense to me that some people can sleep 5 hours a night and be content with how they feel all day

Wife and kids were off during holidays and we slept in and I got 8-9 hours a night for a week and felt so sluggish. Something wasn't right. Had no energy at all
Went back to my normal 6-7 hours and waking up at 5:30 and I felt like a champ again. It's weird
Also, look up ZMA, it's a natural suppliment recommended to me and it was a game changer.

sounds like you have terrible sleep hygiene.
-First off, you cant go to bed at 8 or 830 and expect to sleep until 6 the next morning. Most people are not like that
-make sure you arent drinking caffeine after noon
-before bed have some quiet time where you are reading a book or something under low light. No Tv and no tablet/iphone
-Make yourself stay up until 10 or 1030 every night for the next two weeks and dont get out of bed until your alarm goes off
if that doesnt work, go get a sleep study bro

I find that when I'm exercising regularly with moderate to high intensity cardio, I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great.

If you feel exhausted after 7 hours of sleep you need to get checked out.

I go to bed at 11 and have a little bit of trouble falling asleep and wake up around 3 AM then again at 5 AM. I also have these extremely vivid dreams when I am sleeping.

Dont see why you were downvoted as its true
Most people who have sleep apnea are fatties/skinny fats and many of which are diabetic

Have you ever slept in the same room as someone with sleep apnea? They sound like they're taking their last breath everytime they breathe. Then stop breathing for seems like a min then all of a sudden they choke and start breathing again. It's cringeworthy.

Attend an LSU basketball game. It's a nightmare but at least you get some sleep.

I can sleep 8-9 hours if I wanted to, but I feel best the next day getting 6-7. Longer sleep just makes me groggy if that makes sense.
