Drink a cup of pure black cherry juice with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Look for L&A or Cheribundi. It is supposed to aid with joint health and sleep. Good luck!

The triple stack I'm eating right now says no. Not sure why you can't understand this concept. You think Trump is gluten intolerant?

I don't even know what a triple stack is. fricking college students on this board. You need more than a few hours of sleep but no student thinks they do. You are destroying your body. Enjoy.

My 19 year old son will sleep 12 hours every night between semesters if he can.

I'm 33 and I sleep 12 hours on Saturday & Sunday. I almost never wake up naturally before then (other than due to fear of being late for something important). It doesn't help that my bedroom has blackout curtains.

Always Had a lot of issues with sleep but it's really fricking annoying. Can't seem to sleep more than 6 or 7 hours at best. Even if I'm dead tired exhausted, I wake up too soon. I fell asleep last night at like 8 or 8:30 and I was awake at 3, exhausted and unable to go back to sleep. I also have a hard time falling asleep sometimes but haven't felt that has been an issue recently

What do you do between 3 and normal wake up time? You could read a book until you doze off.

"Potassium and magnesium are natural muscle relaxants, and bananas are a good source of both. They also contain the amino acid L-tryptophan, which gets converted to 5-HTP in the brain. The 5-HTP in turn is converted to serotonin (a relaxing neurotransmitter) and melatonin."

Thanks for your service. You know nothing about health & nutrition.

I slept 2-5 hours from around 18-27. Now, it's 3-5. I'm 32, and you're lazy. Never have slept much because I don't need it, and my mind wakes up automatically at that magical 5 hour mark.

I told you to go look it up. You obviously didn't

might want to try neuro drinks ... the one for sleep ... not to get you to go to sleep initially, but after you wake ... has some electrolytes they claim help sleep (some studies corroborate), and melatonin ...

I don't need or want to sleep more. Remember a time when you only got an hour or two of sleep on consecutive days. That's how I feel if I sleep six hours in one night

You submitted a quote from a Forbes.com article...
I guess that means you know a lot about health & nutrition, congrats.

Here are a number of links that show how great bananas are for energy and are a common pre-workout meal. Guess I shouldn't eat them before I workout anymore though... I might fall asleep and drop the weights on me

Journal your daily diet truthfully for a week and take it to a licensed dietician, if you have a TV in your bedroom get it out, meditate and address any anxiety issues you are dealing with, and exercise weights and cardio and drink water (cut out soda and energy drinks if you use them), start reading a book when you lay down, and get laid.

Work out, and do it before 8PM (or better yet....in the morning)
Try to avoid using computer or phone after 10pm.
Avoid coffee or soft drinks.

If that doesn't help, maybe look into your diet or get a sleep study.
