Someone I know died choking on a pork chop. He had esophageal cancer and was finished with treatment and was still dealing with swelling. Was eating at home and his wife was in the bathroom.

Yes, I have. High School classmate who died of choking in college.

SB was a cool dude just loving life. He was by himself. I don’t think the self Heimlich really works anyway.

I like all of them. I think Dylan did them justice too.

I choked on candy once when I was little. My grandmother just snatched me up by the feet and shook me until it came out. True story.

I had to Heimlich a coworker once to get a huge arse chunk of sandwich out of his throat. He stood up from the lunch table with a panicked look on his face grabbing his throat. One Heimlich maneuver and it came out

No, but I swallowed a penny once.

That’s all I have to add to this conversation.

Watched an old guy damn near die. Got to the point where he was white and looked like a corpse. Someone dug out the piece of meat, and within a couple of minutes he was back. Was scary. Thought the guy wasn't going to make it. His wife was right there and everything.

Some old construction baw walked directly to me in the middle of an Arby's connected to a gas station in the middle of Mississippi somewhere. His face was blue and making crazy noises. One heimlich maneuver and he coughed up part of his roast beef. Just shook my hand and walked out. All the workers at Arby's kept coming up to me and thanking me... lol. All in a split second. Some friends and I were driving back from Birmingham, we just got in the car, and all were like WTF just happened and laughed about it...
