They broke the law.
As far as my pain and suffering with emotional stress, I had to spend much time and energy proving my case by finding the evidence that they knew they sold me a car that had been damaged but did not disclose that info.
Again, they were going to fine me for turning in a car with a paint job. So, it was either prove my case in court, or be fined for something I didn't do.
Why shouldn't they have consequences for breaking the law? Just because the car got me from point a to point b?

this a humble brag post.
Not at all, Im fairly new to the car buying game myself. Spent my early 20s with bad credit and no money while building my career. Was genuinely worried. 84 months seems like a real long time to pay a note though. The new car was a family car, for myself im fine with droppin cash on a newer used vehicle and being done with it. I hate bills...

I'm confused. I thought you said they didn't sell you the car, they leased it to you?

No...because I do my homework before I get there.
Well...that, and my friend's family owns a Toyota dealership...

6% APR for my 84 month payment
You purchased a $60,000 truck at 6% paid over 7 years? What is that? $750/monthly? Add insurance and fuel and you're spending over a $1,000 on a vehicle every month!
Sell the big truck now and buy a used beater that you can pay for in less than a year. You'll thank me in a few years when you come into financial wisdom.

You don't get rig pussy by driving a beater

I honestly take adavantage of them to an extent. Two months ago switched jobs. Part Of my package was a new company truck. I was driving a 2014 Equnoix, wife had a 2016 Tahoe base model. Traded both in got her a 2017 loaded. Got more for both of those vehicles than the cost of the new one. B/c of this paid no sales tax. We had extended warranty and gap on both vehicles. Got a pro rated amount back of just over $3,000.00. Was a great deal for us.
