We haven’t seen swift because she’s getting ready for the halftime cameo.

Well done.
I believe you are looking at the “future” on weather.com. Seems dead on center of the NHC track at the moment.

It sounds like she’s intoxicated.

Not so fast my friend…
AAC gets a huge financial windfall if cincy makes the CFP.

The only way Houston wins is huge. Refs won’t let it be close.
He’s probably just some poor dude with mental health issues. I blame the media and politicians for absolutely painting COVID as something it’s not.

if they introduce information based on that research, but not on testimony / evidence introduced during the trial, would that be (additional) grounds for a mistrial???

If that information comes to light.

Nah.
This case has hung jury written all over it.

The jurors will have googled the case at the very least and know which side their political team is on.

Someone won’t budge.

All the prosecution is doing right now is trying to get to the end of the day so they can prep more questions for him tomorrow morning.

The prosecution would argue that, yes, conservatives are supposed to let liberals kill them. That’s what this trial is all about, taking away the right to defend oneself. A fricking kid took down three of their finest. They are trying to convince others not to defend themselves.

We’ve seen this movie before. Easy Ham pass and win.
I’d have to imagine some people were responsible for 100s of calls individually.
Super easy to find domestic terrorism when you count anything, to include posting in this thread, as terrorism.
