A friend of mine got majorly screwed by Bill Hood. When he got home and reviewed the documents he realized they put thousands of added costs he did not agree to. Went back within 30 minutes and they scrambled to fix everything, even got a little extra from them trying to frick him.

Never let the finance department "take care of you." That is why they have cameras in the room because people are taken advantage of all of the time.

The finance guy talked to was the sleaziest, fast talking shyster of a human I've ever encountered. Guy was pissed when I secured my financing elsewhere.

I walked out on a deal one time just because of the finance guy and his shady way of trying to sell me the stupid extended warranty. Was going to pay cash for the car so I wasn't financing through them.

Left and bought from neighbor dealship next day.

Sued them, won, got money, but I'm never allowed back on their property.

How were you damaged by their failure to disclose? Why did you sue?

The third party inspector said it was a wrecked vehicle. Honda was going to fine me for turning in a vehicle with paint job, and who knows what else they had to do to fix it.

They did not disclose any damages or improvements to the car at the time of the lease contract. Paperwork showed brand new vehicle with no damages or improvements. That's illegal and thats why I sued them.

And you were in no way harmed, the car performed to your expectations, you were going to be 'cleared' of the wreck portion and you still sued them.

I'm no lawyer... Just wonder why? If the car had failed you in some way... sure.

Maybe I'm missing something.

Jesus Christ, dude. You're buying a car, not a house.
