Dolton is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The racial makeup of the village was 90.69% African American. There were 7,985 households. 29.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them. 25.45% were married couples living together. 35.94% had a female householder with no husband present. 32.86% were non-families.
It seems like they are kind of voting someone into office that is representative of the town.

She passed an ordinance that basically says if someone beats her the salary drops to $25,000. She is trying to keep people from running against her. Crazy this bitch won with 82% of the vote.

There's a city council meeting where one of the council members is reading off the crap she's spent the city's money on. She's using the city funds as her personal bank account and isn't even trying to hide it. Some of the stuff was hilarious.

Oh, it gets better. She gets a $600 a day per Dien for any out of state trip, but she still charged the city's credit card for room and food.
