Yes but it is ridiculous. As much as I dislike really cold weather I’d prefer some chill right now.

Yes.

And someone this summer will say they can’t ever remember it being this hot like someone does every single summer

Record for 24-hours in Oklahoma was in Nov 11, 1911 went from 83 to 17, they called it the "Great Blue Norther."

In 2011 Bartlesville, OK went from -28 to 82 in one week.

Like.. In Louisiana? Yeah, every year. From mid October - April the weather is "you really don't fricking know". You can be wearing shorts on Christmas and by New Year its cold as shite. In fact, I say April, but I remember.. this was May 2023, it was my nieces announcement party in early May. I remember having a short sleeve shirt on and right after we arrived a storm came through and for the rest of the evening the wind was blowing from the north and it was.. I'd say cold. I looked at the weather and I think it showed upper 40s. It really went from low 70s to upper 40s within 45 mins.

Evidently I didn't pay attention to the weather because several people told me "you didn't see the weather? They were forecasting a small cool front will blow in tonight, but will not be around long. So yeah, from late October to I guess sometimes early May you really don't know what the weather will do, it can change on a dime.. From late May to October its hot as frick.
