They been trying to cancel DAC for 30 years, if the person doesn't care, cancelling them does no good. DAC is definitely one who doesn't care.

ETA: Saying all that, I've seen him live and he was so drunk, it was just awful. He didn't know the words to his songs, especially the last half of his concert.

He probably needs a little time off for bad behavior

I have multiple friends that have been to his concerts. They all say it was one of the worst shows they have been to. Have never heard a good thing about him live.

Wish they would’ve cancelled the show where I paid money to see him live. He Slurred through a couple of shitty medleys and then went to the slot machines. He went from nut hugging on Willie and Waylon to doing the same on Kid Rock and Uncle Kracker.

I've heard sober he was really really good. Problem is, at least in the early 2000s, he wasn't sober. Not sure what he does now. An older friend of mine said he saw him I think back in the 80s and I guess fortunate DAC was sober, and said it was a great concert.

I saw him at a bar in Tuscaloosa back in the late 90’s. I swear he took 30 shots of Jager throughout the show. The first 5 songs were good.

+1, but the people watching was worth the price of admission.

He's scheduled to play Friday at the Wildcatter Saloon in Katy if he shows.

Seen him at the New Daisy Theatre in Memphis back in the late 90’s and he was almost 2 hours late. When the show started he said he had been at a blackjack table in Tunica and was on a roll. He put on a damn good show though.
