Has a drunk chick ever said she'll go to your hotel room but wants nothing sexual?

The guy is now a mayor, but at the time was a 32 year old city council member at a conference.
I think she talks about the bathrobe pic because she knows he has a copy and she's probably smiling in it.

Had this happen in Vegas. Chick seemed ready to go.
Got her back to the room and she changed like a light switch and I realized just how drunk/high/crazy she was. Told her she had to leave. She flipped out and then offered to "dance naked on the coffee table but no touching."
That was when I knew she was nuts. I thought I was going to have to fight her to get her out of the room but she agreed to go to the car when I told her we were going to "cruise the strip."
I pulled into her hotel (or at least the hotel where we met originally) and she flipped out and started cursing and freaking out. My rental was a convertible and the top was down. It was daylight at this point, we had partied all night, so her display was on view for about 100 hotel guests. Security guys and LVMPD ran up and I said "I don't know that chick she just jumped in my car." They dragged her out onto the concrete, I got back in and pulled away. Last I saw in the rearview was her and four dudes going toe to toe. It was pretty epic.
I definitely dodged a bullet with that one.

Which I can understand as a 17 to 20-year-old wanting to be considered "not a bad girl".
