Word spread about the Zello app and dispatchers all over started coming on. One who was a dispatcher for 911 was on last night who was a boss. They are having people give their addresses when they call in and using Google Maps and tinypic to pinpoint all places where people need help and the severity of their situation. They then are sending the addresses straight to the boats. It's very impressive.

This is the absolute beauty of technology and social media. Of all of the shite for which it's used, this is by far the most constructive.

I've found Cajun navy 2016 and Cajun navy on zello. The Cajunnavy one needs a password and it's not rescue.

Cajun Navy really needs to be using an app called Glympse that tracks everyone via gps. They are so disorganized right now.

Considering that they had no previous plan but to get on the road and help out the level of organization they have managed in this chaos is damn impressive. These boys are calling in Coast Guard choppers.

That dry air being pulled in is a sight for sore eyes.

Don't read too much into that, it will limit potential strengthening but the heavy rain threat will remain.

A bunch of people trying to rescue this lady Megan. Megan keeps chiming in and sounds like she's dying. She's not giving tons of info, but the people trying to help and working hard to get it.

She's having seizures.

Euro has the general track down a few days ago it appears. It had it coming offshore sooner though, and suggested a strengthening storm into LA.

Luckily it appears that will no longer materialize.
