Family and I rented a house for 5 days on the Morgan side in October. Weather was perfect, we had a private pool as well. No one within 200 yards either way of us on the beach. Water was greenish/blue - could easily see the rigs. I would have liked clearer water and didn't prefer the riggs, but quiet and seclusion were big pluses for us. The places to eat were busy with take out and tables every night we were there. They could use a couple more places to eat on that end of the island.

Overall, we will absolutely go again. We cooked half the time and picked up take out the other half. Weather was great, and it was very quiet. Best moment for me was being up at 6am watching the sun come up on the beach. I walked 25 feet out from the house and dropped a chair.

This fight isn’t staged. It’s a sanctioned fight by the commission. You fix the fight and people are going to jail. With that said, Joshua is still a killer and this fight should not get past the 4th round.

y TigerAlum93It has led to very watered down state titles. Take 5A non-select. No private schools to compete against, many of the stronger 5A public schools like Acadiana and Carencro play in the select bracket, and now they mix in 4A schools in the 5A playoff bracket.

This isn’t exactly accurate. They still have a lot of strong teams in 5A such as West Monroe, Neville, Ruston, Central, Destrehan, Zachary, Hahnville, etc. With that said, it’s certainly impacted the qualify of play in 5A, but they still have plenty of talent in non select.

Hey dumbass, notice that I stated it was a RUMOR. However, it also looks like it’s close to accurate. So stfu..
Rumor going around that he was involved in a hit and run yesterday evening in Dallas and ran from cops and committed suicide.

Look at all the Wade cucks in here. If you are an LSU alum and cheering for the wolfpack, you can kick fricking rocks.

Why? Because they like Wade? I pull for LSU and I watched most of that game last night because I like Wade.

I parlayed NC State team total and -31.5 and made a nice bet.
Why are you such a fricking idiot who continuously makes idiotic comments?

I'm taking the Rams, but I think a sneaky one would be the Ravens tonight.

that was pretty fricking awesome TV. It was hot for 10 minutes or so then concluded with a wreck at Airline/Prescott. Dude almost hit a Cybertruck lol.
I'm sure TMZ is watching and laughing
You need to do a few things here. Provide proof that they dinged you for a late pay. If they do nothing, then you need to threaten to turn them into the CFPB. In fact, you should probably do this anyway. When CFPB gets an inquiry, they go to the lender (in this case RM) and they have to respond with in a certain amount of time (30 days typically), if they don't they can get fined, and it could become a major ordeal for them. Usually, threatening to go to the CFPB will get the lender's attention.

Also, find out who regulates them. I'm not sure, but a guess would be the FTC.. It should say somewhere on the website. Threaten to turn them in, or frick just do it. It's likely they have some state regulators as well. Do some digging and frick them in the arse just like they are doing you.

Take this from someone who has been in this area 15+ years.
He makes a point about the pitcher not being 18 until after the draft. Does that make him ineligible?
100% agree... if LSU won't do it, the fans and businesses are going to have to step up to the plate. It makes me nervous, because if I was Jay, I'd get a little fed up too. He could name his price at this point..
He just needs more outside investment for NIL for his players. My company will be doing a few deals with some baseball players, but it’s a drop in the bucket compared to what he needs.
I happened to go to the LSU NILMax event tonight. I got to meet Jay and talked with a few other people. Sounds like baseball is struggling a little bit to keep up with NIL when compared to some other schools in the SEC. They won't get much revenue sharing through LSU.
