I was close last night but it is going down. Hopefully keep this break in rain up and my street will fully drain. I've been stuck since Saturday.

No, not with any level of certainty. The possibility of significant rainfall totals is there though.

I can tell you this morning's commute was quite a bit heavier than normal, even for the first day of school.
Waiting on company email to be released as to what we need to do down south in Houston. Seems like networks are still holding up and the ones that are down are due to high water. We cannot get their right now and the carriers seem to have their groups ready to go.
So if you don't have service for some reason. We know, there's nothing we can do until we are able to assist the telecom carriers.
Stay strong OT Houstoners.

Not sure if there was a levee rupture, but the Conroe dam is releasing water at twice the rate of its previous record. 73k cfs being released down the San Jac river.
