It’s not gay, been going on in gyms for decades. Ever heard of this guy named Arnold and his friend Frank?
If you’re at a real gym never do curls in the squat rack.
If you’re in a real gym also..That white stuff is chalk not cocaine… it’s used for heavy lifting… you might get there one day.
If hear a loud noise, it’s probably a guy dropping a heavy barbell after getting a PR in a lift called the dead lift…. Dont be afraid.
Oh ….and pull-ups with weight attached are better than doing a machine pull down.
