Butt sex is still the top option of course. There's probably 6000 men vs 200 women.

Not Army but USMC Camp Wilson 29 Palms CA would compete with any Army top 5.

Yeah I worked with the Navy for a while and I kept hearing 29 Palms mentioned as "hell on Earth" as far as duty stations are concerned.

Hot, miserable with copious ticks and chiggers. Lots of top brass, and it is a miserable place to be a leg. Nothing in town but shitty bars and tattoo parlors. It is really PT competitive which some hate but I loved it. The 82nd is a cult worse than the Marines and I should know I was in the 504th. With 1st-SFOD garrisoned there you get loads of REMFs walking around like they are tier 1 operators. It also seemed like ground zero for the dependapotamus specie.

It is a black hole for an 11B paratrooper. Most spend their whole careers there except maybe some time in Italy or AK.
Officers and non-infantry have a better chance of getting out if they want to.

It's all about perspective. I did three years at Polk when it was 5th Mech. (Early 80s) Was it the best duty station? No but I was only an hour away from home and let my leave accrue because I went home every week end.
Ft. Irwin was bad arse as well because we were training for the Gulf war at the time (and didn't know it) but it was super fun training, lots of highly motivating live fire exercises etc.

Not sure about now, but back in the day there was nothing but a British-American military installation on DG. Which means very, very few females. Maybe that works for you tho'.
