I don't know man, I've seen a ton of chargers with NASCAR specialty tags and they love those M&M racing jackets.

When will people realize the 1st Amendment protects you from the government. It doesn't protect you from private entities.
As long as they are not getting arrested for sporting that trashy flag, then their first amendment rights are still being upheld.

That was a good thread. I love when threads go the exact opposite as the OP intends. But then OP doubles and triples down on their stupidity.

I apparently missed where there was a "fundamental right" to display a Confederate flag at a private corporation's sporting event in the Constitution or Bill of Rights.
I don't think I could roll eyes any harder.
Did SEC fans not learn anything about air space when the Arkansas fans paid for numerous fly-overs trashing Houston Nutt?

I admire their ability to stick to a message in the face of everything that is occurring. Stop letting people redefine symbols and maybe America can grow some balls and stop being offended by something
The mental weakness with cancel culture and offended group is just enormous. You have to choose to be offended by something and it’s also your choice to be emotionally changed by that as well. The slippery slope of this is people who cannot control any kind of difference and just letting any thought control their actions.

Nice business logic.
Do you think they even considered this?

The Sons of Confederate Veterans are far less of a threat to the freedoms of the average American than the cancel culture mobs and SJW's that OP white knights for on this message board.

To be fair that group just honors their ancestors that were veterans of the confederacy. That doesn’t make them less American today.
Oh and a private organization banning something isn’t an infringement on the first amendment. If the government said nascar couldn’t allow it, then it would be infringement

This thread got a lot shorter. Looks like they hired some ex-Twitter mods.

How long, do you think, it'll be before he gets after YouTube to take down Lynyrd Skynyrd's LINK ]Freebird live in Oakland?

Are all the flags of countries that have gone to war against the USA banned? Nope. Why are they singling out the Confederate flag? Slippery slope, indeed.

Unfortunately, we know why. Political BS exercised by the spineless.
Everybody sporting the Confederate Flag all do it for the same reason!
