You have any details on the accident? I was t boned by someone who ran a stop sign. I had no stop sign. Seems pretty clear. Pictures, police, witness all should corroborate that.

jlove Geico is great with holding people accountable when they are at fault or injured and they also keep you in the loop with the other peeps involved. My ex wife was involved in an accident and both parties involved had Geico also, thank goodness. My ex barely touched the other vehicle involved but of course the other lady involved said she was injured. Fast forward a couple of months and several updates from geico and medical updates about other party involved and her injuries. Nothing came about it she couldn't verify her injuries and doctors couldn't either. Our insurance didnt go up one bit after this either. Good Luck

This was several years ago. My friend was a passenger in a car driven by a family member, also t boned. She had some significant injuries. She worked in historic preservation and the other lawyer tried to insinuate that she was racist because of it and therefore unsympathetic to the all black NOLA jury. He tried a couple of other nasty angles, none of which worked and she got a decent settlement. This was a lawyer being paid by her own insurance company.

I have no idea. They were trying to get me on video and harassing me that that I was at fault for two hours before the police showed up.

I as thinking of this thread today, was going down napolean to get over to Washington then Jeff Davis. I was Turing left at the lt there at Washington and this dude just plows through the intersection with a damn cop rt there and almost hits me, he waves my bad but if I hadn't thought about this thread I wouldn't have been as cautious going through there.
Of course the cop does nothing. I mean a dude just ran a red light a d could have killed someone, but nope no time for that I guess.

If that's the building I'm thinking about, that was a former hair salon that caught fire after some TPOS's crashed into it during a police chase. That was a pretty big story when it happened.
