How would she think a product named “Gorilla Glue” was appropriate for her hair?
Ummm...how can I put this?
Let's try this...

They will be adding hair though I bet.
Maybe. Adding it implies oversight in previously excluding it.

GG says all of its products are considered permanent and the packaging states it too ... but we're told Tessica felt it was okay because the product said multi-use.
Counterpoint: If you look right above "Heavy Duty Bond" you can see it also says "Dries Permanent"
Also, I think they'll really want to bring in the SDS sheet for the product which is readily available on their website: LINK

She might have an attorney at the moment but I'm not sure they're going to want to go to bat on a contingency case based on "Well, it doesn't say don't use it as hair gel."
Granted, if it gets to a jury, they'd probably award 10 billion dollars or some such nonsense. That's why so many companies will settle things; juries tend to be full of unrealistic people (to say it politely).

If she loses... do you think the taxpayer will still be on the hook for her ER bill?

Lawsuit? If we lived in any kind of sane world, a judge would look at it for two seconds and say the plaintiff is a dumbass. Judgement defendants.

Your hair is literally attached to your skin. I wish some judge would make an example out of her and toss her arse in jail if she sues.

Of course because it will be systemic racism that caused her to not learn in school that weaves are different than her real hair, that hair is basically part of skin and covers body, and that hairs follicles are in dermis layer which also contains “mechanoreceptors that provide the sense of touch and thermoreceptors that provide the sense of heat” her scalp is feeling along with “sweat glands, sebaceous glands (oil glands), apocrine glands, lymphatic vessels, nerves and blood vessels.”
People who focus on their skin color nonstop might want to learn skin is more than the outer layer they focus on.
As part of fixing systemic racism companies must not assume adults have the elementary level ability to read warning labels or directions or listed specific uses.
