I’ve used Thanos & right after the White Bronco chase, OJ.

The latter got a good chuckle.

I regularly use Jackson because you can't screw that up.

Well, yes. There was one of them "no kings" protests going on across the street so I was asked for a name (Jackson) "and a last name?" and I said Jackson again. Got a laugh out of that and questioned again for last name so I said King.

My order came back on receipt as Jackin' King

When I was in Okinawa there were shops where we had embroidered name tags made for our flight suits. Some guys had gag name tags made up to wear in the club. One Friday night a Huey pilot I knew had a name tag "Jack Mehogoff."
The next morning he was playing taxicab for some general (as Huey pilots were wont to do) and the general called him "Jack." He looked down iand saw he was still wearing the gag name tag.
He was "Jack" for the rest of the flight.

In that sort of situation I seek to 1) give out as little personal info as possible, and 2) expedite the fulfillment of my task at hand. So I give a popular nickname which can be derived from my middle name. Therefore it is, technically, my name

It’s been about 5 years since I went through a drive-thru. May have to find an excuse to go test some funny names.

longer than that for me

I almost never go to a FF place unless I'm on the road, and even then I prefer to eat inside

I have given a single letter for the last 30 years.

Same way I've used KLSU'S phone number for the last 25. It's just habit.

I will say in college I stole an Indian guys name tag. I used that as an alias so much I wonder if it's listed if I were to ever be arrested.

...edit... And of course he's now a doctor

Viral, your name got me so many free drinks.

There is pretty popular breakfast spot in Destin, Florida, that, instead of asking for your name, they ask you for somebody you’d like to have breakfast with and that’s how they put on your order.

It’s pretty fascinating to hear what names people give because they yell your name whenever your order is ready and you have to come get your order from the counter.
