On occasion I'll toss the employee a random name. I don't frequent drive thrus too often. But today's name was Tiberius. Noted Roman emperor or middle name for the greatest Constitution class Starship captain.
But when I got my order, the name on the ticket...
Tibedious
OK, I guess that's close enough.
ETA - I sure as hell don’t look like no Tibedious

The computer system is set up to where they have to enter a name. No need to be a dick

Go with Titus Pullo. It’s easier to spell.

I always give my dog’s name.
I have an aversion to having to provide deets to grab a chicken sandwich or burger. Just give me a number.

Maybe 1 in 100k people have my same first name. You should see how bad they frick it up. They hear me say it but cannot process it.

How is that being a dick? Person gets to hold a clip board and punch in boring normal names all shift long. What's wrong with making someone think of the Roman empire every once in a while?

Where do you have to give a name? I've never done that.

At a Hardees after ordering a Frisco burger I was asked for my name. I said
"Brad Pitt" and within seconds all the workers in the back rushed to the front. I said it was with one P.

If Starbucks asks me one more time, I’m going to use Fabio.
