Get ready for lines of Mouth Breathers at restaurants

25% capacity means a modest restaurant with 30 tables can have 7 tables open at a time.
Morons will stand in line for hours waiting on their table at Texas Roadhouse for "Muh Freedom!!"

If they are open for to-go and outside seating right now, how much more expense is there for 25% capacity?
