I’d be careful if I were you. Generally, "every" is paired with a singular noun, so it generally would be “business’s”, or sometimes “business’”.

I know it's a ridiculous example and that is the point.. there just seems to be no limits when it's private. Break as many laws as you want. It's getting a little scary how much they will be able to get away with if people maintain that thought process.

I don’t believe it’s legal to offer senior citizen discounts to only old white people why denying it to older black people. Furthermore I don’t believe it’s legal to offer veteran discounts to white veterans while denying it to black veterans. You certainly can’t charge black patrons a 20 dollar fee to dine in your restaurant while waiving the fee for white customers
