I just think it’s different when you’re providing a customized service/product instead of selling something like a car.
I think a black baker should be able to refuse service to a grand wizard who wants him to write “I hate n-words” on the cake. That’s different than someone not wanting to sell a guy a car because he’s black.

But it’s not a fee so much as a deposit. Idk if that changes it or not, but I would think it does.

They can frame it however they want, the purpose of this is to make it more difficult for one race to shop than it is for others. It’s not any different than making blacks come in the back of a business.

The policy was for whites to pay a $20 REFUNDABLE deposit, only for white folks. They also said if you are too poor to pay the deposit, let them know and they will work around it. If you don't want to pay because you think it is a shitty policy, frick off.
The management has since posted that the owners have told them to cancel all deposit activities. I guess the 5,000 kicks to the balls changed their mind. The store is closed temporarily.

I also read their reviews on Google maps. Their employees range from surly, to rude. They all have big opinions on everything and are quick to share them.
One group of girls was aboot to buy a Chinese dress. One of the members of her party called it a Geisha dress. The employee bolted over and interrupted their conversation to correct them and argue aboot it. The manager is on the comments arguing that clothing MUST be referred to with the proper terms. Whatever, bitch.
